Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER, PLAY, OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter or win, ESPN CFP All Access Sweepstakes (" The Sweepstakes") entrant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry. If you are considered a minor or are not the age of majority in your place of residence (a “Minor”), you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian who must accept these Official Rules on your behalf. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees of ESPN, Inc. (“ESPN”), CFP Events, Inc., CFP Administration, LLC, and the College Football Playoff Foundation, Inc. (collectively, “CFP”), Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, GMR Marketing LLC (“GMR”), and of each of their respective agencies, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, sales representatives, and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively “Released Parties”) and the immediate family (defined for the purposes of this Sweepstakes as parents, spouses, siblings, children) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or win a prize. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY TIMING:

The Sweepstakes will be open for registration and entry beginning 12:00 am Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on December 15, 2021 and ending at 4:00 am EST on January 11, 2021 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO REGISTER AND ENTER:

To register and enter, complete an Official Registration at www.espnvirtualstadium.com. Provide your email address, select “Continue,” then provide your first name, last name, password, and click “Sign up” or log in to an existing account. Check the box to acknowledge the Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Grand Prize drawing.

Daily Instant-Win Prize Entry and Grand Prize Entry via Website:

Once registered or logged in, you will receive one (1) Grand Prize entry per day then one (1) chance each day per person to see if you are an instant winner. Select each activity by clicking on each item within the 3D stadium to receive one (1) chance each day per activity per person to see if you are an instant winner. Limit of up to one (1) Grand Prize and fifteen (15) instant win chances per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Additional Grand Prize Entry via Onsite Events on 1/8/22, 1/9/22, and 1/10/22:

At participating onsite events, scan the QR code for each onsite activity to register or log in and receive one (1) initial and one (1) entry per sponsored activity each event day. Limit of up to 16 entries per day per person for the Grand Prize drawing during the Sweepstakes Period.

Any attempt by any person to submit more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts or any other methods will void that person’s Sweepstakes entries and that person will be disqualified. Sweepstakes entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period in strict accordance with the instructions and restrictions in these Official Rules. Entries may not be made jointly or by any group and may only be made by an individual. Proof of submitting an entry other than as detailed above (such as a confirmation screen or message) does not constitute actual receipt of the entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes. Administrator’s computer will be the official time clock for each Sweepstakes. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Mechanical reproductions, alterations, incomplete, misdirected, lost, late, forged entries, or entries generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and are void. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry, or abide by these Official Rules will be disqualified.

DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

DAILY INSTANT-WIN PRIZE WINNERS: Potential Instant-Win Prize winners will be selected daily at a random time by Sponsor whose decisions on all matters relating the Sweepstakes are final. Potential Prize winners will be notified instantly with the message “Congrats - you've just won!”. The Parent or legal guardian of an eligible Minor designated as a potential Prize winner must accept the prize on their child’s behalf. Potential Prize winners may be emailed and must respond to the notification within 48 hours of attempted notification with their valid mailing address. If a potential Prize winner does not respond to notification within 48 hours of attempted notification, the prize will be forfeited and a potential alternate Prize winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries submitted, time permitting. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or failure to accept any prize within the specified time period may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. If a notified winner is not eligible, forfeits prize, or declines prize, an alternate Prize winner may be randomly selected as a potential Prize winner time permitting. Ticket Prizes awarded 12/15/21 through 12/20/21 will be delivered digitally within 2-3 business days following winner notification and the Prizes awarded between 12/21/21 and 1/10/22 will be shipped to winners within 4-6 weeks following winner notification. Limit one (1) Daily Prize per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about January 15, 2022 by GMR or Sponsor whose decisions on all matters relating the Sweepstakes are final. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified on or about January 16, 2022 via email to the email provided on the Official Registration. The Parent or legal guardian of an eligible Minor designated as a potential Prize winner must accept the prize on their child’s behalf. Potential Grand Prize winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of attempted notification. If a potential Grand Prize winner does not respond to notification within forty-eight (48) hours of attempted notification, the prize will be forfeited and a potential alternate Prize winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries submitted, time permitting. Potential Grand Prize winner may need to complete, sign, and return the presented affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, publicity release, and the appropriate tax documents (the “Documents”) within five (5) calendar days of delivery of the Documents delivery, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If notified winner is not eligible, forfeits prize, or declines prize, an alternate winner may be randomly selected as a potential Grand Prize winner, time and circumstances permitting. Return of any prize notification or Prize as undeliverable or failure to accept any prize within the specified time period may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. If a potential Grand Prize winner is an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for one (1) winner and one (1) guest to attend the College Football National Championship game in 2023.

Prize includes: Round trip airfare for winner and one (1) guest; hotel for winner and one (1) guest for two (2) nights/three (3) days (double occupancy); Tickets for winner and guest to the 2023 College Football National Championship game (tickets and seat location are at the discretion of the Sponsor); and a Five Hundred Dollar ($500) Bank Gift Card intended to be used for transportation and spending money. ARV OF THE GRAND PRIZE IS Four Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($4,900).

All federal, state, and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of each Prize winner. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize consists only of the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any warranty or guarantee claim. Sponsor, in its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute prize of the same approximate retail value.

Additional Grand Prize Terms:

Winner must travel during the dates specified by the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. The winner must use the tickets (no transferring available) and may bring a guest. Winners and guests must adhere to all applicable COVID-19 protocols in place at the Event. COVID-19 requirements are subject to change at any time by the Event. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of Prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any and all federal, state, or local tax obligation or other expense that the winner may be liable for, as a result of receiving the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner and Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting requirements. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest (if applicable) must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize.

Travel route, air carriers, hotel accommodations, and all elements of the Prize will be determined solely by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Prize trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. The Prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Seat selection and timing of trip are subject to availability and confirmation of reservation and any changes incurred while booking travel are winner’s sole responsibility. No refunds or credits for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, federal, state, and local taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, meals, and transportation to and from winner’s/guests’ home residences are the winner’s/guests’ sole responsibilities. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Prize and Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Any change made by the Prize winner or guest to the travel itinerary, including any cost implications, is the Prize winner’s sole responsibility. For a winner who resides within three hundred (300) miles of the destination, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In connection with the Sweepstakes, be advised that any and all policies, guidelines, and recommendations of the CDC, hotel, and airlines must be followed. In addition, guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES AWARDED IS $19,177

PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION: Except where prohibited, entry into the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes consent that each entrant’s and Prize winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, address (city and state), statement(s) about Sponsor and/or the Sweepstakes, and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: If for any reason the Sweepstakes, including the online portion, is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, health concern or emergency, or any federal, state or local government law, order, regulation or recommendation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Sweepstakes (each a “Force Majeure” event), Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Sponsor deems responsible and Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof). In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled or terminated as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right to select the potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to time of such event. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, cable, satellite, servers, network or Internet service provider (ISP), computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means and entries made by any means which subvert the entry process are ineligible and will be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an email account, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” email account submitted at the time of the entry. The Authorized Account Holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by these Official Rules and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation or award of prize, shall be resolved by GMR and/or Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. By entering, entrant agrees to be notified using the contact information provided in the entrant’s Entry by the Sponsor and/or GMR for the purposes of the administration of this Sweepstakes. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death or property damage due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize (including any travel/activity related thereto), participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, printing, or other error in the printing of these Official Rules, or any network, computer, mechanical, electronic, human or other errors or problems in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or emails, or in the announcement of prizes, including such error that may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and are not returnable.

DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: All disputes concerning the construction, interpretation, validity, effect, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. Entrant (i) agrees that exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes will be in state or federal courts located in or nearest to the State of New York, U.S.A., and by entering consents to such jurisdiction and venue; (ii) consents to resolve any such claims individually and without resort to class action; and (iii) agrees that all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorney’s fees or punitive, incidental, consequential, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.
